NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the Dominion Water & Sanitation District (the “District”) will consider fixing and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water and/or sanitary sewer service at a public meeting to be held on December 16, 2025, at 12:00 P.M.  This meeting will be held in person at 9250 E Costilla Ave, Greenwood Village, CO 80112, and via Microsoft Teams that can be joined using the information below:
