NOTICE OF INTENT TO FIX OR INCREASE FEES, RATES, TOLLS, PENALTIES OR CHARGES FOR WATER AND/OR SANITARY SEWER SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the Dominion Water & Sanitation District (the “District”) will consider fixing and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for water and/or sanitary sewer service at a public meeting to be held on May 26, 2026, at 12:00 P.M., at 9250 E. Costilla Ave., Ste. 400, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80112. Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting.
