Dominion Water Efficiency Plan - Public Comments Requested
Dominion Water & Sanitation District (Dominion) has completed a Draft Water Efficiency Plan that sets the standards for our customers in using water in the most efficient and sustainable manner possible. The Plan leverages the solid water efficiency practices implemented throughout Sterling Ranch and sets the permanent demand management standard for Dominion’s existing and future customers.
The Plan was developed in part through a water plan grant from the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) and is accordance with the state of Colorado’s water conservation planning guidelines.
We are asking for your support in reviewing the Plan and providing comments by June 10th for consideration and potential incorporation in the Plan. In addition, Dominion will be providing additional information at the upcoming Sterling Ranch CAB meeting on May 19, 2026, where verbal comments will also be accepted and considered for incorporation.
