Pamela Grover
Pamela Grover joined Dominion in June of 2023 as the Engineering Programs Manager and is excited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver complex water and wastewater projects for the District. Pam manages all aspects of project delivery including contracts, procurement, design, and construction of District infrastructure. A construction management professional with 30 years of experience in project and construction management her background includes the planning, design, and construction of a wide range of civil and building projects including water and wastewater systems, roadways, airfields, schools, and municipal buildings.
Pam’s passion for building teams and developing positive working relationships has been evident throughout her career. Her early work as an Officer in the US Air Force taught her both the necessity of working with others and the skills to effectively build teams and utilize resources.
Pam has earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State and her Master of Science in Construction Engineering and is currently a Certified Construction Manager and the President of the Colorado Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). She is married with two boys and enjoys exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
