Michelle Byers
Michelle came to Dominion Water & Sanitation District in January of 2025 and serves as their District Administrator and as Andrea Cole’s Executive Assistant. Michelle is also the liaison to the Dominion Board of Directors and Finance Committee and manages the administrative and human resources functions for the company.
Michelle brings over 25 years of Executive Assistant experience as well as Office Management & Venue/Event Management to Dominion. Her career began in the financial arena, quickly moving from Retail to Brokerage, and eventually into Private and Wealth Management. Michelle moved from the world of Investments and Finance to Non-profit where she spent several years as the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Fundraising at World Vision US in Federal Way, WA. She then moved to the Midwest and served for ten years as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Greater OKC Chamber. She left the Chamber to become the Venue & Events Director for a historic event venue in Downtown Bricktown, OK before relocating to Colorado and returning to her role as an Executive Assistant.
Michelle was born in Denver, and has lived in various locations including Portland Oregon, Seattle, and OKC, and has returned to her roots, currently living in Littleton. Michelle is married and has two grown married children and one grandson. She enjoys music, a good book, a good thunderstorm, and most of all – spending time with her husband and her family.
