The District is in the process of completing a comprehensive review of its Rules and Regulations and rate structure. The District is also evaluating its water portfolio to determine what water, if any, can be made available to new customers beyond its existing commitments. The answer to this question is dependent, in part, on how Douglas County proceeds with respect to the Sterling Ranch water appeal (the “Water Appeal”). The outcome of the Water Appeal will have a major impact on the District’s water supply and therefore its ability to serve new customers. It is anticipated that these reviews will be completed late 2021. In the interim, the Dominion Water & Sanitation District has adopted a Resolution Regarding Conditions of Receiving Water Service.
