 i.    Global Underground – ICA: Trenchless construction of the pressure line from the Filing 7 Lift Station to the existing Force Main.

  ii.   CDM Smith, Inc. – AMND No. 17: Assess impacts of new development plans on Titan Road Lift Station operation and CDPHE operating permit.

Cost: $23,800

2025 Budget:  Covered in Titan Road Lift Station Improvements.

 iii.   PCL Change Order No. 5: Early procurement of the Membrane for the Chatfield Basin Reclamation Facility

Cost: $4,610,656

2025 Budget: Budgeted in CBWRF Wastewater Treatment Plant project.

B.  District Management:

 i.   LRE Water – Work Order No. 30: Preliminary due diligence for potential renewable water rights.

Cost: $35,000
